ReEnrollment 2022-2023
We are still reenrolling for the 2022-2023 school year! Thank you so much to the nearly 75% of you in our Preschool, Elementary, and Middle schools who have completed re-enrollment for next year! We are so excited to move forward together! If you haven’t reenrolled yet, it’s not too late! Be sure to log into your ParentsWeb account and complete re-enrollment today! This Week at LCA
It has been a busy week at LCA! We kicked off our yearly Boosterthon Dance Challenge fundraiser which has been an amazing time and very successful! The final day and big DANCE event take place tomorrow, Friday, April 29th! The entire school participated in a fire drill, keeping safety and preparedness at the forefront – and did a great job! Our Athletic Teams had a successful week, with Middle School Cross Country participating in a meet, Girls Golf participating in a tournament, and our Men’s and Women’s Soccer teams all playing on the road and at home! The Lady Eagles are currently undefeated in their season and our Men’s team is ranked #1 in 3A – playoffs begin next week!
Teacher Appreciation Week
National Teacher Appreciation week starts Monday, May 2nd. Our school will be celebrating the following week starting May, 9th. We have themed days and will have sign-ups for special treats for families to help us show some love to all our hard-working teachers and staff. If anyone would like to contribute something during that week, feel free to contact Team LCA at varicemonique@gmail.com
Prom
High School Prom will take place this Friday at 7 pm for 9th-12th grades! If you haven’t purchased a ticket, you can do so in the Main Office for $30. Formal attire is required and shuttles will be provided to and from LCA starting at 6 pm.
Elementary Spring Program
Our Elementary Students in 1st-6th have been working hard this semester for the Spring Program, which will take place May 6th. Each class does have a specific attire, so please contact your child’s teacher if you need clarification on what to wear. The program begins at 7 pm!
Graduation & Baccalaureate
Graduation and Baccalaureate will take place at LCA on May 9th and May 11th. Baccalaureate will happen first on the 9th at 7 pm. Graduation will follow on the 11th tentatively at 6 pm – but that time may change to 8 pm due to the State Championship Soccer Game that is TBD. We will follow up with more information when we have it.
Bible Contest
Our 4th graders will participate in a Bible Contest on May 10th in the Children’s Center!
Field Day
Field Day for Elementary will take place on May 13th from 1 pm-3:30 pm. Chaperones are needed for this event and service hours are given. If you are available to help, please let Mrs. Justice know at Angie.Justice@LCAeagle.org or you can sign up in the Main Office!
DARE Graduation
Preschool graduation will take place May 17th at 10 am in the Children’s Center. Kindergarten graduation will take place on May 18th at 9 am in the Children’s Center. For specific questions, please see your child’s teacher!
School Store
Our final Elementary School Store event will take place in the Children’s Center on May 12th! There’s still time to earn money for all students in their classrooms!

Awards ceremonies for students will be held on May 18th. Elementary Awards will take place at 10 am and Secondary Awards will take place in the gym at 10:45 am!
Traffic Flow
Attached is a flow chart for traffic here at LCA. I know there are a lot of arrows on the picture but I promise it is not that hard to read. If you are entering from the West or exiting to go west, please use the west entrance/exit. If you are entering from the east or exiting to go east, please do so using the east entrance/exit. Also, in the mornings, we have a “drive-thru” drop-off zone. This is for parents that are not exiting their car but just dropping off their students at the door. If you plan on getting out of the car with your student, please use the other lane to go around and park your vehicle in the parking spots. We want to keep our kids safe and appreciate you helping us to do so.
