My name is Lara Nunes and I’m from Brazil. I’m a sophomore. I came to LCA to finish high school and play soccer. My experience at Layton Christian Academy was very good, I was well-received, and the school academically is very good. The school infrastructure is excellent, the classrooms, the teachers are patient, and the school is super organized. My experience with my host family was great. I made a lot of friends with people from other countries. Layton has students from all over the world. That is something very cool because you meet people from different countries. You get to know different cultures. Being away from the family is difficult, but you will always have something to do. Having a productive day helps time pass quickly. Layton helped me a lot to learn English and get good grades. I just have to say thank you.
